For a group of up to 30 kids, it's recommended to allocate at least 2-3 hours for the face painting activity. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: (1) To make a reservation, please send us an email with the following information: event date, event time, venue, telephone, and contact person of the person we will be dealing with. Please note that any verbal notification or request must also be followed up in writing for everyone's records. (2) After receiving your email, we will provide you with a quotation within 24 working hours. The quotation will include the terms and conditions of your booking, which you will need to read carefully before confirming your reservation. (3) To confirm your reservation, please sign the quotation and send a scanned or photographed copy to info@bangkokkidsparty.com. Once we receive your signed quotation, your booking will be considered confirmed. Payment Policy: (1) A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking with no exceptions. (2) Payment can be settled through a bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of booking. (3) Once payment has been made, please scan or take a photo of your payment slip and send it to us at info@bangkokkidsparty.com. This will help us to verify your payment and confirm your booking. (4) The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the event date. We will send you a reminder email to inform you of the due date. Late Payment Penalty: (1) Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop reserve the right to charge a late payment penalty of 2% of the total expense if the client does not pay the remaining balance on or before the due date. (2) The interest will be calculated from the day after the payment due date through the actual payment date at the interest rate in effect on the day after the payment due date. (3) If the client fails to settle the remaining balance within 7 days after the due date, Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the down payment as a cancellation fee. (4) Any additional costs incurred due to the late payment will be the responsibility of the client. Client's Responsibilities: (1) It is the customer's responsibility to measure the setup location to ensure the rented product will fit. For Water Slides, a pool measurement is required with a minimum 8-foot landing area. (2) It is the customer's responsibility to measure the area (walkway, alley, pathway, elevator) and make sure there is enough space to move around the uninflated bouncy & sliders for the setup. (3) It is the customer's responsibility to provide a regular hose and continuous water supply when required. We apologize, but this is NOT provided by Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop Company. (4) It is the customer's responsibility to check the area where the Bouncy/Slider will be set up is free from rocks, stones, sticks, animal feces, or anything else that could cause damage to the inflatables. (5) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a service lift is provided to ensure heavy rented items can be brought up without difficulties rather than using stairways. (6) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all areas surrounding the inflatable are safe. Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop Company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur around your area. (7) It is the customer's and parent's responsibility to always look after their children and not rely on our operator alone. Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop Company is only providing an operator to look after the inflatables and machines for everyone's safety. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to take full responsibility for ensuring that the above conditions are met. Any damage caused to the equipment due to the customer's negligence or failure to follow these guidelines will result in additional charges. Party Consultation & Planning Fee: Our team of experts can help you plan and execute your child's dream party from start to finish. However, please note that an additional consultation fee may apply if you require a site visit from one of our team members. The fee will depend on your specific needs and location. We will provide you with a quote prior to any on-site consultation. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. To proceed with the party consultation and planning, a signed contract and advance payment are required at the time of booking. We will only begin work on your party once we have received both the signed contract and payment. Refund & Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule or cancel your party. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of your down payment. For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged and deducted from your down payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event. Deposit Policy: We require a deposit to secure your rental items for your event. This deposit is non-refundable once the items have been booked, delivered, picked up, or set up. The full payment for the rental items is due whether they were used or not. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please note that no exceptions can be made to this policy. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking that we have confirmed with you due to events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make every effort to give you a minimum of 7 days' notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require you to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that if you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event date, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred by Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop for the booking. If you cancel your booking with more than 7 days' notice, we will refund your deposit in full. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and strive to work with you to make your event a success. Delivery & Set-Up Policy: At Bangkok Kids Party, we understand the importance of timely delivery and set-up. Our team will arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled event time. In the event of a delay of 15-30 minutes, we will extend or postpone the operation for an additional 30-40 minutes to make up for the missed time. If our team is more than 30 minutes late, you may consider it a late delivery and have the option to cancel the service, in which case we will provide a full refund. Please note that cancellations due to late delivery must be made within 30 minutes of the scheduled event time. Events Beyond Our Control: Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop reserves the right to cancel reservations or bookings for reasons or events beyond our control. If such circumstances arise, either party may cancel the hire agreement by giving written notice to the other. We do not have to pay compensation in such cases as per the law. "Reasons or events beyond our control" include but are not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes, or other labor disputes (whether or not they relate to our workforce), restraints or delays affecting carriers or suppliers, or unavailability of suitable materials on time or at all. Notice of Risk/Acknowledgement of Possible Injury: As much as we strive to ensure safety measures are in place, we recognize that unforeseeable accidents and incidents may occur during your participation in our activities. While we will do our best to assist in such cases, the client understands and acknowledges that the "Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop Company" cannot be held solely responsible or liable for any injuries, illness, death, or property loss/damage resulting from participation in our activities. Damage & Loss Policy: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our equipment during the rental period, we understand that accidents can happen. The RENTER is responsible for any loss or damage to the rented equipment, except for normal wear and tear. If any equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for a replacement. If any equipment is damaged but can be repaired, the RENTER shall pay the OWNER for the cost of the repair to restore it to its original condition at the time of rental. We reserve the right to cancel reservations or bookings if the client does not agree to the payment terms and other stated policies. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants and to maintain the quality of our equipment.
