Pricing basis: Per chair / day. Rental period: Per event day. Standalone furniture orders have a minimum order value, confirmed in your quotation. When added to a BKP event, individual rates apply without a separate furniture minimum if they fit the scheduled delivery. Standard setup covers one agreed layout in an accessible event area. Stairs, long carries, restricted loading, overnight collection and additional days are quoted separately. Normal cleaning is included; missing items, damage and exceptional cleaning are assessed separately. Any refundable equipment security deposit is shown separately in the quotation.
