Terms & Conditions:
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING WITH US)
Reservation Policy:
(1) You shall inform us (all in writing via email) the following information:
Event Date, Event Time, Venue, Telephone and Contact Person of the person we are dealing with. Please take note that any verbal notification/request must "all" be put in writing for everyone's record.
(2) You must write down your desired order/selected party package to get a quotation within 24 working hours. Our quotation will have written terms & conditions which you will need to read carefully & sign at the time of booking.
(3) Print & Sign the quotation once you have confirmed your booking with us. Scan/take a picture of your signed quotation and send it to info@bangkokkidsparty.com.
Payment Policy:
A 50% down payment with an amount exceeding 10,000 Baht and above is required at the time of booking with no exceptions.
You may settle your payment via bank transfer. Bank account details will be given upon confirmation of booking.
You must scan/send us a photo copy of your payment slip once payment has been settled via bank transfer at info@bangkokkidsparty.com
Late Payment Penalty:
Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop reserves the right to charge an interest of 2% from the total expense if the client does not pay the balance on time.
Interest will be calculated from the day after the payment due date through the payment date at the interest rate in effect on the day after the payment due date.
Client's Responsibilities:

(1) It is the customers responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented product will fit. For Water Slides: Pool measurement required is with minimum 8 foot landing area.
(2) It is the customers responsibility to measure the area (walkway, alley, pathway, elevator) and make sure there is enough space to move around the uninflated bouncy & sliders for the set up.
(3) It is the customers responsibility to provide a regular Hose and continuous water supply when required. We apologize but this is NOT provided by the - Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop Company.
(4) It is the customers responsibility to check the area where the Bouncy/Slider will be set up is free from rocks, stones, sticks, animal feces, or anything else that could cause damage to the inflatables.
(5) It is the customers responsibility to check and provide service lift to ensure heavy rented items can be brought up without difficulties rather than using stairways.
(6) It is the customers responsibility to ensure all areas surrounded by the inflatable is safe for we Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop Company are not responsible for any accidents which may occur around your area.
(7) It is the customers and parents responsibility to always look after their children and should not rely on our our operator alone. We, Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop Company are only providing an operator to look after the Inflatables and machines for everyone's safety.
Party Consultation & Planning Fee:
From planning to execution, let our birthday party team bring your child’s dream party to reality. ​ ​Our experts do all the work so you can relax and celebrate with your child, family and friends.

Please take note that an additional fee may occur prior to your request of having one of our team to come and see your place for consultation.
Fees will depend on your demands and your location.
Signed contract and advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule your party with 7 days prior notice, for a full refund. After this time-frame, a 10% fee will be deducted from your down payment.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if rental items have been booked/delivered/picked up or set-up. Full payment is due whether the items were used or not. We apologize in advance as there will be no exceptions.
Bangkok Kids Party & Supplies Shop reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any Booking which we have confirmed to you caused by events beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavor to give you a minimum of 7 days notice.
Delivery & Set-Up Policy:
Bangkok Kids Party will ensure that our team arrives 45 minutes earlier for the set up.
If 15-30 min late prior to your event time, we will extend/postpone the operation for another 30-40 minutes to compensate & make up the time that was missed.
After this time frame, you may consider this late for cancellations which will incur the full-service refund.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control:
Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop reserves the right to cancel reservations or booking for reasons or events outside of our reasonable control, either you or we may cancel your HIRE AGREEMENT immediately by sending written notice to the other. By law, we do not have to pay you compensation in these circumstances and during this period.
“Reasons or events outside of our reasonable control” could include:
- natural disasters, a government’s actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, fire, explosion, flood, an epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not they relate to our workforce), restraints or delays affecting carriers or not being able to get supplies of suitable materials on time or at all.
Notice of Risk/Acknowledgement of Possible Injury:
The client agrees that (we) "Bangkok Kids Party and Supplies Shop Company" are not responsible or liable for any injuries, illness, death, property loss/damage or even loss of enjoyment resulting from the client's participation in this activity.
Damage & Loss Policy:
Borrowed equipment's for games must all be kept in a good condition.
The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for replacement for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear.
"Bangkok Kids Party and Supply Shop" reserves the right to cancel reservations or booking if the client doesn't agree with the payment terms & other stated Policy.
